Refund policy

 

• In store purchase returns with receipt within 14 days of purchase. No returns on furniture, seasonal or sale items! 

 

• Online Boutique - Return new, unworn clothing with tags and receipt within 14 days of purchase for store credit.  They may be mailed to 23 5th St SW, Mason City, IA 50401, or you can stop in to the Shoppe.  

 

• Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on furniture, sale items or gift cards.
